Lemon, ginger, and mint juice

This juice consists of soaking the juice of one lemon, a little mint leaf, a spoon of fennel, a spoon of fresh ginger, a spoon of cinnamon, and two slices of lemon, all of which are placed in a liter of boiling water, then this juice is cooled and placed in the refrigerator and a cup is drunk from it daily for a week in the morning.

Oats and milk

This recipe is prepared by mixing a tablespoon of oats with a glass of milk, adding pieces of banana to it, to be eaten daily, a quarter of an hour before a meal, for at least a month.

garlic and parsley

To prepare this natural mixture for weight loss, peeled garlic clove is boiled with a liter of water, then removed from the fire and a bundle of parsley is added to it for 30 minutes, after which the drink is filtered through the filter, a cup is drunk from it before eating the main meals.

Ginger, mint, and cinnamon juice

Mix 1 tablespoon of green ginger, 1 tablespoon of fresh mint, 1 tablespoon of green tea, 1 tablespoon of cumin, and 1 tablespoon of cinnamon in 3 cups of water, and boil for 3 minutes.

A large glass of the mixture is eaten half an hour before meals, taking care to reduce the amount of food. For those who want to get rid of belly fat, use the previous mixture without adding ginger.

Mint and lemon

Put a lemon, half a cup of water, a bunch of green mints,s and one cucumber in the blender. This mixture is taken in the morning; It will help get rid of excess weight and toxins in the body and maintain a healthy body in the winter.
