Foods usually affect the body, but recent studies have revealed recently proved that there are some foods that kill Intelligence very slowly, which may reach us in the end to complete stupidity and warned officials of these foods. 


Here is a list of these foods:


1 - Sugar products:

Sugar does not harm only overweight but also affects the brain and can cause significant neurological problems.
Sugar affects your memory and your ability to learn, so it is preferable to avoid corn syrup and products that contain sugar and fructose at high rates.


2 - Fast food:

A recent study has proved at the University of Montreal that fast food changes chemicals in the brain, leading to the emergence of symptoms of depression and distress. 

It also can lead to withdrawal symptoms similar to what's to stop addiction when you stop taking them because they contain a high percentage of fat.


3 - Fried foods

All foods contain chemicals and pigments and additives and preservatives and artificial flavors
These materials affect the behavior and cognitive functions of humans, whether a child or an adult And they lead to hyperactivity.


4 - Too salty foods

We all know that salt raises blood pressure and affects the heart, but also foods that contain a high proportion of salts (sodium) affect cognitive function and impair the ability to think, in other words, are they impact your intelligence and salty foods can also cause withdrawal symptoms of addiction when you get used to it, where there is an intense desire to eat salty foods when you stop them.
